1. Scope of Application


These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for private purposes.


2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract


The purchase contract is concluded with Michael Teller.


The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.


By submitting the order via the shopping cart, you place a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.


The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.


3. Prices and Shipping Costs


All stated prices are final prices.


In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no sales tax is charged (small business regulation).


In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. These are transparently displayed during the order process.


4. Delivery


Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.


Production time is usually 2–5 business days.


Delivery time is additionally:


Germany: approx. 3–8 business days

Europe: approx. 5–10 business days


Should there be any delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.


5. Payment


The following payment methods are available:

- other payment methods offered during the order process


The payment method will be charged immediately after the order is completed.


6. Retention of Title


The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


7. Warranty


The statutory warranty rights apply.


In case of defects or problems with the goods, you can contact us at any time.


8. Right of Withdrawal


Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Dispute Resolution


The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):
