Shipping & Delivery Times

All products are custom-made for you upon receipt of your order. This means no stock is kept, but rather consciously produced clothing with a focus on quality.

Production Time

Manufacturing usually takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time

Once completed, delivery time is usually:

Germany: 3–8 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

The total delivery time is comprised of production and shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

Please note that slight delays may occur during periods of high demand or seasonal peaks.

Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout.

Returns & Complaints

If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

- a brief description of the problem

In justified cases, we will, of course, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

Conditions for a return:

- unworn

- unwashed

- in original condition

You will receive the return address by email after registering your withdrawal.
